Download the "GoBike" app, install and register for a free account
- Select service category
- Select your pick-up point, and indicate your targeted destination; await for your fare calculations and you will be duly informed of the amount needed to pay

- GoBike’s system will find the nearest available Go Rider to go to your pick-up point; with their name, bike-plate number, and a photo of the allocated rider displayed on the GoBike app
- GoBike’s system will track the selected rider's location and provide estimated time of arrival for pickup
